Preliminary Findings

The young men in Freedom Hall completed their first year in June 2008 and the results are:

• Mothers and teachers noticed dramatic positive changes in their character.
• Detentions declined 73%.
• Days Missing from School improved 35%.
• The average GPA improved 33% - going from a 1.36 to a 1.81. During the same period of time. the GPA for all other 7th grade males declned 21% - going from a 1.74 to a 1.37.
• Those serving have been changed and humbled by serving our young men.
